Rebecca Linney– Harbourmaster

I have worked for the Brayford Trust since December 2011, initially my appointment was Harbour Office Administrator and I progressed to the Harbourmaster role in March 2021.  I have a passion for the Brayford and its environs and have worked and lived on the Pool since moving to Lincoln in 1998.

Every workday brings different challenges and I enjoy meeting new people and welcoming visitors to the Brayford Pool.  When I am not at work, I volunteer for Girlguiding and run a Brownie Unit.  One of my other passions is travelling, it’s a big world out there and I want to see more of it!

Philip Coss – Assistant Harbourmaster

People call me Phil and I am lucky enough to be employed as the Assistant Harbourmaster by the Brayford Trust.  I have a wealth of experience behind me that I am able to bring to the job, including time served in the Royal Navy.

I have successfully completed various courses run by the RYA, including Day Skipper and Yachtmaster to name but a few, which I am able to put to good use.  I love meeting new boaters and take great pleasure in helping them to a successful and enjoyable stay.

Andrew Walker – Moorings Assistant

Hi I’m Andy, I attended the University of Lincoln as a mature student but decided boating was more for me!I was a crew member in Skegness on the inshore lifeboat many years ago, also a launcher for the Charles Fred Grantham. I have worked at the Brayford Trust for over 10 years and enjoy meeting all the different people that boating brings.
